I’m a Fractional CTO and Platform, Data & AI Systems Architect. I help leaders use technology to achieve concrete business goals, especially when those goals are shifting, competing, or hard to translate into execution.
Every major technology shift follows the same pattern. The web was not a trend. Data was not optional. AI and large language models are not either. Organizations that treat these shifts as experiments fall behind those that integrate them deliberately into how decisions are made, work gets done, and value is created.
My work starts by stabilizing intent, clarifying what the business is actually trying to achieve, then designing systems that can absorb change without constant reinvention. That includes using AI and LLMs where they materially improve outcomes, and avoiding them where they add noise instead of leverage.
I’ve led and advised teams as a Director of Technology, CTO, and technical lead, building SaaS products, data platforms, and production-grade AI systems. Across those roles, the consistent differentiator has not been tooling. It has been aligning technology choices to business reality, constraints, and timing.
My approach is pragmatic and outcome-driven:
- Translate business goals into durable technical decisions
- Treat AI as a capability to be embedded, not bolted on
- Design architectures that tolerate change without chaos
- Reduce risk early, before misalignment becomes expensive
I’m most effective when leadership knows what success should look like, but needs help turning that intent into systems that actually deliver.
If you’re trying to use AI, data, and platforms to move the business forward, not just keep up, I’m open to a conversation.
